Gold Chasers Track Club offers training and competition.
Track and Field: sprints from 50 to 400 meters, and longer distances from 800 meters. With training to develop aerobic and anaerobic endurance and speed. We also have a limited
field events: soft ball throw, long jump, and turbo javelin.
Competitive Club – This portion of the club requires a little bit more commitment from our athletes and parents. The practices are a minimum 3 days a week and the meets are a lot more competitive. When you are with this group you will be pushed to your limits and beyond.
Intro to Track – This portion of the club is primarily for younger less experienced runners. In this group you will be exposed to the basics of each event in track & field. You will have the ability to compete in a few local meets.
